Our History

The idea for Servant Hearts Clinic was birthed by three local medical providers in a Yankton café. All shared the desire to provide free health care and spiritual care to the un- and under-insured of our area.

God brought together one provider, who had been on several foreign medical mission trips, with two other providers who had discussed the idea several years ago. All three shared the same desire, but alone had not been able to move forward. This all changed in 2010.

After more than a year of effort and planning, they finally launched the first open door clinic night.
